These workshops can be delivered as single, stand-alone workshops or as a series of sessions throughout the year. By the end of each workshop, you will have explored a key concept of wellbeing to enhance your health, happiness and performance.
Workshop Programme
Session 1: Re:Invigorate
In this interactive workshop we explore the foundations of wellbeing to achieve your best performance. We provide insights on the challenges of home-based working and explore how they can be overcome. By the end of this session, you will have created a wellbeing roadmap which will help with perceptions of stress, enhancing motivation and embracing adversity.
Session 2: Re:Frame
This session introduces the positive psychology of wellbeing. Key concepts of positive psychology are examined and adapted to enhance wellbeing, including techniques fundamental to achieving growth mindset, goal setting and positive inception. By the end of the session, you will have gained insights and strategies to take control of your wellbeing to help you achieve your goals.
Session 3: Re:Focus
Throughout this session participants gain an understanding of the importance of mental energy and focus for performance and productivity. Techniques for enhancing mental energy will be revealed and by the end of the session you will have created a system for improved cognitive power for peak performance in the workplace.
Session 4: Re:Fuel
Nutrition is a critical component of health, wellbeing and performance. This session provides nutritional guidance for physical wellbeing, mental resilience and immunity during this challenging time. You’ll identify where you can make the greatest gains with simple and effective strategies. By the end of the session, you will be able to create a healthy eating plan tailored to your specific dietary requirements.
Session 5: Re:Activate
In this session we explore the challenges and opportunities for physical activity and movement during this period of home-based working. The workshop recognises the changing government restrictions on physical activity and exercise. By the end of the session, you will be equipped to develop a physical activity plan that reflects your preferred choice of movement and includes positive psychology strategies for enhanced motivation.
Session 6: Re:Energise
Physical and mental capacity is underpinned by our ability to rest and recover. This session examines the importance of sleep hygiene, understanding your own sleep cycle and lifestyle techniques to enhance sleep and recovery. By the end of the session, you will have strategies to optimise your restorative recovery through sleep and relaxation to boost your wellbeing and cognitive power.
Session 7: Re:Balance
We explore participants’ experiences and develop techniques to help create optimal working conditions, promote focus and manage stress. A range of strategies, from mindset to mindfulness, are provided to address each group’s needs and enhance wellbeing and performance in the home-based working environment.
Session 8: Re:Group
This session explores team engagement and working practices. By enhancing team engagement and collaboration, whilst also accommodating individual focussed work, we help promote team connectedness and productivity. By the end of the session we will have a plan for teams and individuals to work more effectively and efficiently.
